Kennesaw Martial Arts - Our Programs

Based as it is on a thorough understanding of modern science, Choi Kwang Do is an ideal martial art for all age levels.

With it's focus on low- impact training, joints and muscles don't suffer but thrive! This means that the tiniest tot to the oldest senior can comfortably learn Choi Kwang Do - and benefit massively!

Pre-school Program
Our Pre-school Tiny Tigers program is designed to provide young children with the right environment for them to learn the required skills and attitudes that will help them throughout life! We focus on instilling a positive mental attitude and an aptitude for physical activity.

Designed for children aged 3 - 5, these classes are perfect if you want your child to develop the confidence and self-awareness to go through life knowing that they can do anything they put their minds to!
Children's Program
Our program for older children and young teens provides this essential age with the ability to learn key lessons and grow their confidence and physical abilities.

Training is in an environment that fosters mutual respect and tolerance and a program that constantly stretches children to learn new physical and mental lessons.
Adult Programs
Adults tend to have specific goals when it come to martial arts.

Whether you want to lose weight, get fit, meet new people, learn to defend yourself or all of the above, you'll find Choi Kwang Do is an excellent martial art to help you meet all your personal objectives.
Senior Programs
Choi Kwang-Do's Senior program has been design specifically for adults ages 50 and up - it is not for nothing that Choi Kwang Do is also called The martial Art for Life"!.

Whatever your present level of fitness, if you are a senior looking to become more active, flexible and get more out of life (such as chasing after your grand kids) then you must give Choi Kwang Do a go!
